I started Shivers Quality Remodeling with a pretty simple goal: to do work I could be proud to put my name behind and give homeowners an experience they could feel good about from start to finish.

Shivers Quality Remodeling has never been about simply completing a project.

More than a decade in this industry has taught me that good craftsmanship comes down to the details and taking pride in the work you leave behind. I've built my portfolio one project at a time, and SQR has grown with that same mindset: do quality work, treat people well, and build the kind of trust that lasts beyond the project.

That means the work doesn't always end when the tools are put away. It's answering an email during my free time, working through a detail that's been on my mind, checking in on a project, or making sure a homeowner understands what comes next. I carry my work heavily because I genuinely cares about getting it right.

As a dad with a family of my own, I understand the value of a home beyond the project itself. It's where your family comes together, where your kids grow up, and where everyday life happens. Being invited into someone's home to make it better is something I don't take lightly.

As SQR has grown, my role has grown with it. My focus is increasingly on leading our team, overseeing our projects, and making sure the quality and standards I built this company around are carried through every job we take on.

Nearly 95% of my business has grown through referrals, and that’s something I’m incredibly proud of. When someone trusts me enough to put my name in front of their friends or family, I don’t take that responsibility lightly.
